The Brigham Research Institute (BRI) and Office for Research Careers (ORC) invite you to nominate Brigham research staff members who have excelled in their duties. Nominate research individuals or research groups who you believe should be honored for their efforts. All nominees will be recognized during the in-person BWH Research Appreciation Celebration. The deadline to submit nominations is Monday, May 23, at 11:00 p.m. Self-nominations are not accepted.

Request for Applications: Pilot & Feasibility Grants in Nutrition, Obesity, and/or Metabolism

The Nutrition Obesity Research Center at Harvard (NORCH) is currently seeking applications for Pilot & Feasibility Grants related to nutrition, obesity and metabolism. These awards are for up to $30,000, with the possibility for up to $30,000 additional funding during year two via a competitive renewal. The deadline to apply is June 1, 2022, and the funding period will begin on August 1, 2022. Call for Abstracts: Women in Medicine and Science Symposium

The Office for Women’s Careers invites all women faculty and trainees in BWH/MGH-affiliated departments to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations. Basic science research, clinical research, translational research and clinical innovation project abstracts are welcome. Previously presented talks are welcome. The review committee will select four abstracts to be given as oral presentations and a series of flash presentations at the virtual Women in Medicine & Science Symposium on Tuesday, September 20.
