Last month, the Women in Medicine and Science Symposium highlighted the achievements of women faculty and trainees the Brigham by focusing on collaborations across disciplines, including basic research, clinical research, translational research, clinical innovation and medical education — with the goal of building community. This year’s keynote speaker, Elena Aikawa, MD, PhD, invited past awardees to reflect on their experience and offer their best piece of advice for women in science and medicine.
