Research Appreciation Celebration

Join the Brigham Research Institute (BRI) and Office for Research Careers in our summer kickoff event to celebrate the Brigham Research community. The event is dedicated to Brigham researchers and research staff. The event will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 5 p.m.–6:30 p.m., in the Hale Café Atrium.

Brigham Research Institute Annual Report Now Available

The BRI’s FY2018 Annual Research Report is now available. The report details and celebrates the research community’s 2018 accomplishments, including the publication of more than 8,500 peer-reviewed papers and a research revenue of $707 million.

Deadline Extended for Discover Brigham Demos

Brigham faculty and staff are invited to submit ideas for demos at this annual research showcase. The deadline has been extended to Wednesday, July 3. Enter your best idea(s) here and the BRI will provide the logistical support necessary to execute your vision.

Take the Brigham Health Patient Safety Culture Survey Today

The candid feedback you provide will help leadership better understand the current culture of safety at the Brigham, identify areas for improvement and assess the effectiveness of our improvement efforts.

Call for Abstracts: 2019 Women in Medicine & Science Symposium

The eighth annual Women in Medicine & Science Symposium on Wednesday, September 18, 3–6 p.m., will highlight the achievements of women faculty and trainees at the Brigham. Please register for the event here. The call for abstracts for oral and poster presentations is open to all women faculty and trainees (including instructors, assistant professors, associate professors, professors, residents, clinical fellows and research fellows) in a Brigham-affiliated department. 2019–2020 Brigham Leadership Program

Brigham Health will be offering the Brigham Leadership Program (BLP) beginning in the fall of 2019. Supported by both the Brigham and the Brigham and Women’s Physicians Organization, the BLP is an exceptional seven-month learning opportunity to enhance the leadership capacity of mid-career physicians, clinicians, scientists and nursing and administrative leaders.
