Earlier this month, six groups presented five-minute talks at the BWH Health & Technology Innovation Fund Pitch Session, competing for three $50,000 grants to fund high-reward, high-impact projects.

This year’s winning projects are:

  • VISION Collaborative: Using a Handheld Video Device to Diagnose Circulation Problems in Minutes, presented by Louis Nguyen, MD, MBA, MPH
  • Towards Childproof Biocompatible Batteries, presented by Jeff Karp, PhD
  • Simplified High-Throughput Cellular Reprogramming Screening, presented by Richard Sherwood, PhD
