In preparation for the May 30 go-live of Partners eCare, our new Epic-based electronic health record system, more than 14,000 BWHC employees will receive training on how to use the new system. Staff must complete this critical training in order to receive a log-in for the new eCare system. The training period is March 9 – May 29.
Physicians will register for training classes by calling the training call center. Your department administrator will reach out to you when registration is open to your department. Once registered, you will receive an email confirming the date, time and other pre-requisite requirements of the training courses to which you are assigned.
Most training classes will be held at Lafayette City Center, 2 Avenue de Lafayette (Chauncy/Washington) in Boston. Shuttles will be provided. Classroom location and transportation details will be distributed closer to the start of your training courses.
If you have questions about your training course assignment or class schedule, please contact your department manager. For more information about Partners eCare, watch this video and visit the PeC@BWHC information booth on the Pike, near the entrance to the Shapiro Building.
